Certificate Policy

5.1 Eligibility#

A Certificate of Completion is issued only to learners who have:

  • met the live attendance, session completion, and assignment requirements set out in the Attendance and Session Completion Policy;
  • passed all assessment components under the Examination and Assessment Policy;
  • cleared all outstanding fees in full; and
  • complied with the Terms and Conditions and Code of Conduct throughout the cohort.

Enrolment and payment alone do not entitle a learner to a certificate. Attending sessions without clearing the assessment does not entitle a learner to a certificate.

5.2 What the certificate is — and what it is not#

Our certificate records that you completed a private professional development course and met our internal assessment standard.

It is not:

  • a degree, diploma, or academic qualification recognised by the UGC, AICTE, or any statutory academic body;
  • a licence, registration, or authorisation to practise clinical psychology, counselling, psychotherapy, or any regulated profession;
  • equivalent to registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) or any other statutory council; or
  • a guarantee of employment, placement, internship, or admission to any programme.

Learners must not represent the certificate as any of the above. Misrepresenting your qualifications may expose you to liability under Indian law, and we may revoke a certificate used in this way.

5.3 Issuance#

Certificates are issued digitally to your registered email address within a reasonable period after results are published, ordinarily within thirty days. Certificates carry a unique identifier and, where available, may be verified through us.

Certificates are issued in the name given at enrolment. Please ensure your name is spelled correctly at registration; corrections after issuance may attract a re-issuance fee.

5.4 Participation certificates#

At our discretion, we may issue a Certificate of Participation — which records attendance only and carries no assessment standing — to a learner who met the attendance and session completion requirements but did not clear the assessment.

5.5 Revocation#

We may revoke a certificate at any time if it was obtained through misrepresentation, academic misconduct, or impersonation, or if it is misused as described in clause 5.2. Revocation may be notified to any institution or employer to whom the certificate has been presented.

5.6 Duplicates#

Requests for a duplicate or re-issued certificate should be sent to drsarthakpsychology@gmail.com. A nominal administrative fee may apply.
