Code of Conduct
Last updated: 2026-08-26
Our learners will go on to work with people in distress. The standards we hold in the classroom are the standards that matter in the consulting room.
9.1 Expected conduct#
- Treat faculty, staff, guests, and fellow learners with courtesy and respect, in every channel.
- Join sessions on time, prepared, and in an environment where you can participate.
- Engage honestly with feedback, including feedback you disagree with.
- Respect the confidentiality of everything shared in sessions.
- Use community channels for learning and professional exchange.
9.2 Prohibited conduct#
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, stalking, or unwelcome sexual attention, in sessions or in private messages arising from the cohort.
- Discrimination or derogatory remarks based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, caste, religion, ethnicity, region, language, disability, age, marital status, appearance, or socioeconomic background.
- Disclosing identifiable information about any real client, patient, or third party.
- Recording, screenshotting, or circulating sessions or materials without written permission.
- Sharing credentials or session links with non-enrolled persons.
- Promoting unrelated commercial services, spamming, or soliciting in community channels.
- Making false claims about your qualifications, or about your association with us.
- Impersonating faculty, staff, or another learner.
- Any conduct that is unlawful, or that brings the school into disrepute.
9.3 Reporting#
Report any concern to drsarthakpsychology@gmail.com or directly to the Program Manager. Reports are handled discreetly. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.
We take reports of sexual harassment with particular seriousness and will act in accordance with applicable law and our internal procedures.
9.4 Consequences#
Depending on severity: a private warning, removal from community channels, suspension from sessions, withholding of certification, or termination of enrolment without refund. Serious matters may be reported to law enforcement or to a learner's academic institution.
We aim to give the learner an opportunity to be heard before a final decision, except where immediate action is needed to protect others.
