Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-26

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By paying course fees, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.

2.1 All fees are non-refundable#

All fees paid to VIBHA School of Psychology — including registration fees, course fees, instalments, and part payments — are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

This applies regardless of whether you attend sessions, complete the course, withdraw partway, lose interest, face a scheduling conflict, experience a change in personal or professional circumstances, or are unable to continue for any reason.

2.2 Why we operate this way#

Our cohorts are small, capped, and mentor-led. When we confirm your seat, we hold it exclusively for you and decline other applicants. Faculty are booked, materials are prepared, and institutional commitments are made in advance on the strength of confirmed enrolments. These costs are incurred before the cohort begins and cannot be recovered.

We state this clearly and prominently before payment precisely so that you can make an informed decision.

2.3 The only exception#

An exception applies only where we have expressly confirmed different terms to you in writing by email, before you make payment, and the email identifies you by name and states the agreed terms.

Verbal assurances, WhatsApp messages, statements by third parties, screenshots, and any communication received after payment do not create an exception and are not binding on us.

Where such a pre-purchase written exception exists, its terms govern to the extent they conflict with this policy.

2.4 No transfers or substitutions#

Seats are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your enrolment to another person, to a future cohort, or to another course, unless we approve it in writing at our sole discretion.

2.5 If we cancel or postpone#

If we cancel a cohort before it commences and do not offer a replacement cohort, we will refund the fees you have paid for that cohort in full.

If we postpone a cohort, we will offer you a seat in the rescheduled cohort. If the revised dates do not work for you, you may request a credit towards a future cohort within twelve months. A refund in this situation is at our discretion.

Rescheduling individual sessions, substituting faculty of comparable standing, or making reasonable curriculum changes does not amount to cancellation and does not trigger a refund.

2.6 Termination for breach#

If your enrolment is terminated for breach of the Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct, no refund is payable and any outstanding instalments remain due.

2.7 Duplicate and failed payments#

If you are charged twice for the same enrolment, or a payment is debited without your enrolment being confirmed, write to drsarthakpsychology@gmail.com within seven days with the transaction reference. Verified duplicate payments are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten business days to the original payment method. Bank and gateway timelines are outside our control. Payment gateway charges, if any, are deducted from refundable amounts.

2.8 Grievances#

If you are dissatisfied with a decision under this policy, you may escalate it through our Grievance Redressal Policy. Nothing in this policy affects any right you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
