Service Delivery Policy

We deliver educational services digitally and, for specified cohorts, in person. No physical goods are shipped.

On confirmation of payment: you receive a confirmation email, ordinarily within twenty-four hours.

Before the cohort begins: you are added to the official cohort communication group and receive joining details for orientation.

After orientation: you receive learning platform credentials and community access at your registered email address.

During the cohort: live sessions run to the published schedule, and materials are released on the platform through the course.

If you have not received access within forty-eight hours of a scheduled release, write to drsarthakpsychology@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference, and we will resolve it promptly.

Access to the learning platform is granted for the duration of the cohort and for any post-completion access period stated on the course page. Access is not perpetual unless expressly stated.
