Grievance Redressal Policy

We publish this policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12.1 How to raise a grievance#
Write to drsarthakpsychology@gmail.com with:
- your full name and registered email address;
- your cohort and enrolment reference;
- a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking; and
- any supporting documents, screenshots, or correspondence.
12.2 Our timelines#
- Acknowledgement: within forty-eight hours of receipt.
- Resolution: ordinarily within fifteen days, and in any event within one month of receipt, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Where a matter requires longer, we will tell you why and give an expected timeline.
12.3 Escalation#
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate in writing to the Grievance Officer, who will conduct an independent review and respond within fifteen days.

12.5 Further recourse#
Nothing in this policy limits your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or, in relation to personal data, the Data Protection Board of India.
